 A DAY IN MY LIFE-

This post is long as I am including commentary on the blogging side of life, but if you’re only interested in what my day looks like, feel free to breeze by those parts. The day I’m showing you is Tuesday, which was typical in some ways and not so typical in other ways. But that’s how life goes.  I figured it wouldn’t be authentic to wait for totally normal day.

05.00 am - Alarm rings

My day started unusually early with alarm calling me (I love mornings, but it takes me a while to wake up) wash my face with extra warm water, and brush my teeth for a few minutes. I perform ablution and pray after brushing my teeth.

THE STORY OF MY LIFE BEING A MIDWIFE!

Hi, everyone, how are you today?

Finally, I wrote back on this blog. Here I will share my experience as a midwife.

I graduated from Diploma 3 Education in 2020 and have never worked because I continued my education as a Diploma 4 midwife. Many things happened during my practice as a midwife at PMB, hospitals, and puskesmas.

Being a midwife is not what people expect, the midwife is responsible for many things for her patients, especially mothers and babies. The midwifery profession is considered a noble job by the community. Childbirth is exhausting and agonizing, and going through it causes anxiety and stress. As a midwife, we must remain calm and critical in order to take any risks that may occur to the patient, because the midwife must be ready and alert to anything that may occur. Midwives must be prepared for their sleep to be disrupted. When I do internships at PMB and hospitals, I can't sleep at night because I'm preparing for the possibility of a patient arriving in the middle of the night. The irregular sleeping hours did not make me sick at first. Time by time I have gotten used to unpredictable sleeping hours.

The most difficult thing I witnessed during my internship at the hospital was the baby not moving during pregnancy or the death of the fetus in the womb. When tragedy strikes and babies are unable to comprehend it, no amount of training can prepare us. When that happens, my adrenaline takes over, but I usually stick around for a while. When I am in trouble or at ease, I always consider what I would do if I opened a clinic and had such patients; what would I do to improve to prevent such things from happening?

The best part of being a midwife is when you have a normal labor, the mother and baby are healthy, there are no complications with the pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and at the time of the examination is trusted by the patient to overcome what happened.

Thanks to all my friends who keep reading my blog. Take care of your health!

a Little Story About Me!

Assalamualaikum, wr.wb

Hi, my name is fitri Puspita sari. To be honest, this is the first time I've written on a blog, and I'm hoping that what I say here will be the start of my success in sharing science and experiences that are relevant to all of us.

You can call me Fitri, Ipit, and Pita. What makes it unique? Fitri is a nickname given to me by new individuals. Ipit is a college friend, and my family refers to me as pita. My hobby is eating, and traveling. Labuan Bajo and Turkey are two places I'd want to visit. my fafvorite drink is matcha, because matcha drink the most delicious for me. All the spicy food is my favorite like chicken noodle, satay, spicy noodles, seblak, and others.

So, do you want to know me more? ........

I was born in Tinjauan, Sumatera Utara, April 4th 2000. Now, I live in Jl. Sukakarya, Tuah Karya, Pekanbaru. Well, I was born as a sister. Life as the first child is a challenging thing for me until this very second, it takes patience and be an example for younger brother and younger sister but I am very grateful to have them.

Then we tell about my education! elementary and junior high school I was in Petapahan, SMA  I was in pekanbaru, at smk abdurrab and majored in Health analyst. And now I am a midwifery student at Health Polytechnic Of Riau.

Well, a lot of people are asking why not continued as a health analyst? Why rotating the direction of become a midwife ? According to me, the Lesson analyst health is something that is fun, we can take the blood, knowing the foods that contain harmful substances, determine the bacteria by looking in the microscope, determine the content of a good drink for consumption, and much more. But, midwives have something very special in my heart, I am very interested with the midwife because I wanted to try to help and minimize the incidence of death of pregnant women and maternity, infant mortality. Become a midwife make me proud by applying Evidence based that have been implemented by the government. A midwife is a very very fun, help save two lives, learning to empathize about the struggle of a mother, and a lot of things that can be learned and taken lessons in becoming a midwife. A midwife is a job that really requires intellectual, discipline, firmness, wisdom and most of all is a heart that is soft. Honestly, between health analyst and midwife is a very interesting profession. Have the maternity clinic was my dream as a midwife. I hope Allah ease all of my dreams that I write in this blog and all dream friends who read this blog. Aamiin Allahumma aamiin.

Hopefully the writings in this blog enough to describe about my self, thank you for everything, wassalamualaikum wr.wb

see youu.........
